Trip to London
Great place to stay as its near Victoria station but far enough away to be quiet. Nicely appointed rooms, well maintained and clean. Good for short breaks or if passing through. The stairs are steep and narrow and there is no lift.

Excellent
Excellent overnight stay. Staff could not have been more helpful and excellent customer service. Rooms were spotless and had everything we required. Location is brilliant for theatres etc. Definitely stay again when next return to London.

A good London value, clean, well kept
The location is great, great for using any public transportation needed in London. We mostly walked our whole week there but we knew we could always hop on the underground at any spot to get back easy if our feet were tired. Our 2 queen room was in the 'step down' area and it made for a very quiet experience. The AC/heat unit worked super and easy. The beds were comfy and the linens all excellent.

Best Western Buckingham Palace Rd
An excellent hotel in a very good location for central London, especially for the price. Faultless staff, some of the best service I have seen from any hotel, they are a real credit to the hotel. Excellent location, you are right within walking distance to Victoria Coach and Train/Underground station for travel links, a Wetherspoons pub for cheap eats and much more. Room was to a good standard, a little cramped in places but again it's London, space typically comes at a premium
