Currently in line with the UK Governments Health and Safety advice we have at The Best Western Buckingham Palace Road undertaken strict measures to ensure the well-being of all our guests as well as all staff members. As such all staff members wash their hands with soap and water on a regular basis and after each service as well as using hand sanitizer.
Together with this protection we have increased the level of focus on all touch surfaces in all the rooms and all public areas and trained all our staff in further Health and Safety procedures to ensure that the hotel maintains a very high and secure level of cleanliness as per the guidelines published by Public Health England.

To help our guests who have made reservations for this hotel we will only honour any amendments to Advanced Purchase Reservations made Prior to 1st April 2020.

Victoria Coach station is a mere 1 minute walk and Victoria rail and underground another 5 mins walk. Head of down Buckingham Palace Road and in another 15 minutes you will be able to see the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace which takes place at 11:15am, be sure to be there by 10.30 to get a good spot. Walk further on Birdcage Walk and you will be in Westminster at the heart of Government staring up at Big Ben and the magnificent Houses of Parliament. Hop on the London Eye for some breath-taking views of the City
